There are 2 different sizes available: 1/3 lb burger (5.3 ounces each) and 1/2 lb burger (8 ounces each).

Wagyu Burgers are sold per lb and vacuum sealed. The 1/3 lb burger patty has 3 burgers in each package and the 1/2 burger has 2 burger patties in each package. Wagyu burgers are sold frozen.
