Because our products are primarily perishable meats and seafood, we do not accept returns.

If you are dissatisfied with any of our products, please contact us immediately at 877-262-9634 to discuss refunds or reshipping options. Refunds and reshipments are done on a case by case basis depending on the circumstances related to the order.
