If you love king crab, I recommend keeping it simple. These Super Colossal King Crab Legs are already fully cooked and have a naturally sweet, rich flavor that doesn't need much added to it. I enjoy them chilled, but they're also excellent gently reheated and served with drawn butter and fresh lemon. The most important thing is not to overheat them — you're warming the crab, not cooking it again.

Our Super Colossal King Crab Legs® arrive fully cooked. Enjoy them chilled after thawing, or gently reheat just until warmed through to preserve their sweet flavor and tender texture.
Thaw the King Crab Legs in the refrigerator or quick-thaw as needed. Once thawed, rinse the legs briefly under cold running water to remove the protective saltwater glaze, then pat dry. If serving warm, the fully cooked crab can also be gently reheated from frozen.
For a simple chilled presentation, serve the King Crab Legs after thawing, rinsing and patting dry. The meat is fully cooked and can be enjoyed cold straight from the shell. Serve with fresh lemon and drawn butter if desired.
To serve warm, gently steam the King Crab Legs just until heated through. They are already fully cooked, so avoid prolonged heating, which can dry out the delicate meat. Crab can be warmed after thawing or gently heated from frozen; allow additional time when starting from frozen
Use crab crackers or sturdy kitchen shears to open the shell and expose the meat. Cut carefully along the shell rather than through the crab meat whenever possible. Serve the large pieces intact for the best presentation.
